Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, just return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Any return
must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. A full refund
will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the
item(s) returned that meet these conditions.
Any return of Q-Ray Products to Q-Ray must arrive in original
packaging. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the
package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable
and insurable form of mail for shipment.
If you decide not to keep your Q-Ray, simply return it within 30 days for a
full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. Proof of
purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice,
is required for reimbursement.
1. Send back all materials in their original packaging.
2. Return Original Invoice - please complete EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM on back of
the invoice.
3. Please make a copy of this invoice for your records.
4. For your safety - ship the package back to Q-Ray using a trackable method.
We cannot be responsible for
items lost by your shipper.
5. Use the RETURN SHIPPING LABEL provided on the other side.
6. Please return within the Guarantee period.
